SOME INVESTIGATORS AND PROSECUTORS often have tunnel vision even after the DNA evidence shows they have the wrong guy.  Whether it's ego or intransience to the obvious, these folks are roadblocks to justice.  Read the article in the New York Times on this and you will understand.  It just might remind you of someone you've dealt with in this profession.

THE MICHAEL MORTON SAGA continues with scathing editorials in papers from San Marcos to Dallas.  Another local blog has compiled some stories worth reading here in it's entry from Nov. 25th.
